Summary Agent

  • Compiles test output into executive-friendly reports
  • Surfaces scenario-level gaps or behavioral drift
  • Generates confidence scores for release readiness

Librarian Agent (optional but powerful)

  • Maintains institutional knowledge: what’s been tested, when, and how
  • Enables traceability, reuse, and test strategy audits
  • Could serve as a knowledge base for the entire test organization

This Isn’t a Fully Autonomous System

Each agent in this model would operate under clear boundaries, with humans in the loop:
