JOB OVERVIEW

As a Junior Learning & Organization Development Specialist at Katalon, you’ll help shape an engaging workplace where employees can learn, grow, and thrive. From designing creative learning programs to running initiatives that spark curiosity and connection, you’ll play a hands-on role in making development opportunities accessible, impactful, and fun. This is a chance to bring fresh ideas, build strong relationships, and grow your own career while empowering others to do the same.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the design, coordination, and delivery of Katalon’s Learning and Organizational Development initiatives, including training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
  • Contribute to new initiatives that create and showcase opportunities for employee growth.
  • Prepare and enhance learning content and communication materials to make development opportunities clear, accessible, and engaging.
  • Propose and run creative ideas, campaigns, or challenges that encourage employees to actively engage with Katalon’s development programs.
  • Collect and summarize employee feedback to continuously improve the quality and impact of L&OD initiatives.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with Katalians, becoming a friendly and reliable point of contact for development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to align L&OD initiatives with recognition, culture-building, and employee experience goals.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or internships/trainee roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build relationships across teams.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Creativity, initiative, and a passion for designing activities that drive engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/ Google Workspace.
  • A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in HR and L&OD.
