About this role:

The Business System Analyst in the Revenue Operations department is a vital role focused on analyzing, optimizing, and managing various business systems and processes to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth. This position encompasses lead operations, scheduler tools, sales engagement tools, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, vendor relationship management, and tech stack management.

Responsibilities:

Lead Operations Management:

  • Oversee the assignment of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to ensure timely and effective distribution.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure lead integrity.
  • Monitor productivity metrics and continuously refine lead operations processes to enhance performance.

Scheduler Tools Management:

  • Manage and optimize scheduler tools to ensure efficient scheduling and operational workflow.
  • Ensure tools are functioning correctly and addressing scheduling needs effectively.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements to improve tool performance and user experience.

Sales Engagement Tools Management:

  • Administer and optimize sales engagement tools to enhance sales team productivity.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of these tools.
  • Regularly evaluate tool performance and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Management:

  • Support Q2C processes, including pricing adjustments and product portfolio management.
  • Assist in maintaining and streamlining the deal approval process to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) configuration and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems.

Vendor Relationship Management & Tech Stack Management:

  • Manage relationships with vendors providing technology tools and services to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Oversee the administration of the technology stack, including managing software licenses and subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to optimize resource utilization and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in business systems analysis, preferably within a revenue operations or similar department.
  • Proficiency in lead management processes and related tools
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools and their optimization.
  • Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes, CPQ configuration, and CRM integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience in vendor relationship management and technology stack administration is advantageous.
