Senior/Lead Business Process Analyst

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to join our ITDx team — a critical role in driving operational excellence and digital transformation at Katalon.
You will analyze and optimize business processes across functions, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable solutions that enable business growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Business Process Management (BPM), understands how technology companies operate, and enjoys solving problems through data-driven and efficient processes.
Your key responsibilities are process mapping, modeling, documentation, improvement, and optimization. Your daily tasks are included but not limited to:
- Map, model, and document key business processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate current workflows and identify inefficiencies.
- Design and implement improved or new processes to support business goals.
- Define clear success metrics and KPIs for each process improvement initiative, and regularly measure impact (e.g., time saved, error rate reduction, cost efficiency, user satisfaction).
- Create clear documentation, flowcharts, and diagrams using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or diagrams.net.
- Define and track process performance metrics for efficacy and efficiency.
- Partner with the Digital Transformation team to explore and implement automation and new technologies.
- Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT) to ensure effective implementation of process changes.
- Recommend process enhancements that drive efficiency, scalability, and better stakeholder experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or System Analyst, ideally in global software companies.
- Practical experience in BPM, digital transformation, or ERP implementation.
- Proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and business process documentation.
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical-thinking skills with an agile mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Basic programming or business analysis background.
- Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM technologies is a plus.
