Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a key leader focused on driving new business for Katalon with Regional Alliances partners globally.
  • Lead a team focused on the development and management of Katalon’s Regional Systems Integrator (RSI) partnerships globally.
  • Use your experience to lead, coach and mentor an Alliances Manager team operating globally.
  • Employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Katalon as a viable Quality Management partner of choice for testing services focused RSIs.
  • Building a repeatable approach for recruiting and onboarding RSIs and establishing Katalon as a recommended test automation framework for each RSI’s testing practice.
  • Define a repeatable approach for the Alliance Management team to develop and support regular cadences with partners focused on pipeline and alliance development.
  • Collaborate with Katalon revenue teams (i.e. sales, customer success, RevOps etc.) for lead and demand generation as well as proactive opportunity management and forecasting activities
  • Support dedicated pipeline development activities for Katalon solutions via partners including follow-up on inbound leads and designing and executing proactive outbound campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with Katalon Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to support the development and execution of partner business and marketing plans for Katalon’s testing solutions & platforms
  • Provide input toward the development of partner programs and strategies.
  • Support the Partnership operations team with planning and execution of partner related events (i.e. conferences, webinars, newsletters, tech events etc.)
  • Build relationships with key executives for our enterprise partners, and define objectives and business plans for each partnership
Job Requirements
  • Motivated self-starter, with 10+ years relevant work experience in alliance management and people management roles.
  • Great communication and organizational skills, able to learn quickly and independently execute within a Katalon provided business plan and operating framework
  • Develop, support and participate in cross-functional initiatives and programs with minimal oversight from Katalon senior management
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and ownership for assigned partners, activities and accounts
  • Passion for helping others and seeing Katalon customers succeed

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in the Software Test Automation or DevOps industry is highly desired
