(US Time) Revenue Operations Specialist - Deal Desk and Partner Operations

Job Description

Deal Desk Management:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to manage and optimize the deal approval process.
  • Review and approve pricing, discounts, and deal structures to ensure compliance with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales teams on deal strategy and structuring.
  • Maintain and update deal desk policies, procedures, and approval matrices.
  • Analyze deal metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Partner Operations:

  • Manage the new partner onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partner operational issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner operational processes are streamlined and efficient.
  • Track partner performance and provide regular reports and analysis to the Partnership Team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, partner engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Understand the various partner programs and be in charge of the Partner booking process

Revenue Operations Support:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of revenue operations strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key revenue metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Support the implementation and management of revenue operations tools and systems.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation and training materials for revenue operations processes.
Job Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role; preferably in a SaaS
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, deal structures, and partner management.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other revenue operations tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial acumen is a plus
  • Experience with contract negotiation and management is a plus
