Senior Manager, Campaign Marketing (ABM)
As a Marketing Campaign Manager at Katalon, you will play a critical role in driving demand generation efforts to achieve sales goals within an assigned geographic or firmographic market segment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategizing and Executing Campaigns: Develop, execute, and optimize data-driven demand generation campaign strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
- Crafting and implementing strategies for campaigns.
- Aligning cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
- Developing audience segments and email nurture programs.
- Managing top-funnel virtual events and analyzing campaign performance.
- Experimentation and Testing: Apply an experimentation mindset to campaigns, leveraging A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously optimize performance across all channels.
- Persona-Based Buyer Journeys: Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create prescriptive, persona-driven buyer journeys that underpin the campaign strategy.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with other marketers and company stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging, timing, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Partner and Competitive Campaigns: Integrate alliance partner campaigns and competitive positioning into overarching buyer journeys and segment strategies.
- SDR Alignment: Partner with SDRs to assess campaign results, gather feedback, and generate actionable optimization ideas.
- Marketing Automation: Use tools like Hubspot to build automated email nurturing workflows that engage and convert prospects throughout the buyer journey.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver regular reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Process Documentation: Maintain clear and transparent documentation of processes in an accessible handbook.
- Experience:
- 4+ years in developing and managing multi-channel marketing roadmaps.
- Proven success in metrics-driven environments focused on measuring the impact of tactics and channels.
- Audience Insight: Deep empathy for developers and IT leaders, with a commitment to accelerating their success through meaningful and relevant communication.
- Project Management:
- Ability to manage multiple, intersecting projects with strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing automation software (Hubspot preferred).
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and campaign analysis (experience with attribution reporting is a plus).
- Teamwork and Independence:
- Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to adapt to dynamic team needs and responsibilities.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Experience in B2B software marketing.
- Familiarity with or a willingness to learn Katalon tools and software.
