JOB OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for an Operations Engineer to join our Digital Transformation (ITDx) team — a technically skilled problem-solver who bridges technology and business operations.

In this role, you’ll spend:

  • 70% managing and optimizing commercial systems (Sales, Marketing, and internal operations such as HR, Admin, IT, and Legal).
  • 30% developing and deploying internal tools to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

The ideal candidate has a software engineering foundation, a strong understanding of business processes, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive digital transformation.

Your responsibilities are including but not limited to:

  • Communication: Collaborate with requesters, end users, and stakeholders to gather requirements, explain solutions, and provide training and support.
  • Documentation: Create clear and structured technical documentation including user guides, system analyses, and system reports.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research and evaluations to assess application feasibility, technology compatibility, time efficiency, and cost effectiveness for the ITDx Manager and business stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Solution Proposal: Deliver ad-hoc and periodic reports; proactively recommend system upgrades, downgrades, replacements, or terminations to improve efficiency.
  • System Integration: Analyze and implement integrations between relevant applications to enhance operational effectiveness and data flow.
  • System Management & Administration:
    • Support end users in daily system operations, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.
    • Manage issue resolution: receive, analyze, troubleshoot, and record incidents.
    • Serve as the main contact point with third-party support teams for escalations and maintenance.
Job Requirements

Must-have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in operational system management or similar role.
  • Strong technical understanding with basic programming and business analysis skills.
  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese (written & spoken).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Agile mindset with ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM technologies.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM, or ERP platforms.
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing.
  • Experience in internal operations or customer support.
