JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Growth team. This role's primary responsibility is conducting in-depth data analysis to drive revenue growth across the customer journey. This position will map analysis into the product onboarding process and end-user usage, aiming to improve retention and conversion rates, ultimately growing our Monthly Active Users (MAU). The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role in tracking critical metrics and maintaining dashboards using our company BI systems. Additionally, this role will collaborate with Data Engineers to collect and process necessary data points from operations and products for comprehensive analysis. The Senior Data Analyst will also work with various functions to build and refine models that forecast customer health and product-qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth data analysis to discern trends and insights instrumental in fostering revenue growth.
  • Integrate data analysis seamlessly into the product onboarding journey and user engagement to enhance retention rates and conversion rates.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and refine models for predicting customer health and identifying product-qualified leads.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the Growth and Product teams based on analytical findings.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to streamline the collection and processing of data points from operational and product sources.
  • Monitor and manage key metrics and dashboards utilizing the company's Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
  • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across various departments within the organization.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with BI systems and maintaining dashboards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with growth metrics and customer journey analysis.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their applications in forecasting.
  • Familiarity with customer health and product-qualified lead models.
