ABOUT POSITION

Being a part of the Product division at Katalon, the Product Management department’s mission is to create indispensable products that meet our customers’ needs. Senior Technical Product Manager (Product Manager II)

  • Drive Product Success: Own key product metrics, ensuring they align with and support overall business goals.
  • Mentor and Lead: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering alignment with the product vision and strategy.
  • Market and User Insights: Conduct and lead user research, market analysis, and competitor assessments to refine product positioning and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and maintain a strategic product roadmap that adapts to industry trends and evolving market needs.
  • Product Execution: Work closely with engineering and design teams to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Coordinate efforts across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute successful product launches and maintain a strong presence within the Katalon Community.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with company objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of software requirements, development processes, and project management.
  • Have expertise in the software industry domain, preferably in SaaS, and the ability to comprehend complex technology problems.
  • Be a strategic thinker with a focus on execution and outcomes, ideally possessing experience in driving cross-functional programs or processes.
  • Show excellent human relations skills, adept at building relationships both internally and with customers, and skilled in collaborating and influencing others.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Agile principles and be capable of applying them effectively to any project.
  • Evidence of strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
