Responsibilities

Katalon offers a dynamic and nurturing environment where successes are celebrated and mistakes are welcome as learning opportunities.

• Act as the first point of contact with potential customers to introduce Katalon’s products and understand their business needs.
• Assist in researching companies to evaluate their structure, marketing strategies, and potential fit with Katalon’s offerings.
• Support the qualification of new business leads and assess how Katalon’s products can address their challenges.
• Help nurture relationships and consult potential customers through discovery calls, emails, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Account Executives by scheduling product demonstrations, managing the pipeline, and assisting in deal progression.
• Participate in other projects or tasks as assigned by the manager.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in SaaS, IT, and business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
