Process Excellence Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Process Excellence Lead with 5–10 years of experience in SaaS or technology companies or consulting firms. This role focuses on improving and standardizing processes at the corporate level. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to analyze, design, and consult on process improvements while providing guidance and ensuring documentation quality and compliance.
Job Description:
- Process Analysis and Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and design solutions to streamline cross-functional processes, especially within the product-sales-support lifecycle.
- Documentation and Governance: Develop high-level frameworks, templates, and tools to support process documentation. Audit and ensure the quality and consistency of process outputs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with leaders across divisions to align on operational improvements and support effective implementation.
- Consulting and Guidance: Act as a consultant for teams to adopt best practices in process management and ensure ongoing optimization.
- Scalability and Continuity: Establish and standardize processes to support business scalability, operational continuity, and readiness for future growth and fundraising.
- Experience: 5–10 years in process improvement or operational excellence, preferably at a Senior Manager level in SaaS, technology, or consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related fields. Advanced certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
- Strong expertise in process design, analysis, and improvement.
- Hands-on experience in managing corporate-level process initiatives.
- Proficiency in workflow management tools and process automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in leading process governance initiatives across multiple departments is preferred
