Responsibilities

  • Assemble large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements
  • Build analytical tools to calculate, monitor, manage, and report on relevant account metrics and health scores and provide actionable insight into key business performance metrics
  • Work with the Customer Success team to support their data needs while assisting with data-related technical issues
  • Display expertise with tools needed to solve data problems
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role (preferred 3+ years)
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, or tools through BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL database design
  • Solid working experience with SQL queries, ETL, and data warehouse
  • Knowledge of data mart and automation reports
  • Proficient in data analysis, data modeling and visualization tools and knowledge of statistical methods for process improvement
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders from different functional teams
  • Critical thinking, agile mindset and advanced English communication
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of statistical and programming languages (Python or R); Good knowledge of customer success processes, customer lifecycle management and CRM.
