You can ask it directly for:

  • Product details: Get instant specifications, features, and information. 
  • "How-to" guides: Receive step-by-step instructions and guidance.
  • Best practices: Learn the most effective ways to use our products.
  • Error analysis & troubleshooting: Get help with troubleshooting and understanding error messages.

How is this different from StudioAssist?

It's important to note the difference in focus between our two AI assistants:

  • Support Assistant Chat Agent: This assistant is focused on providing technical support when you have issues. It's your first stop for troubleshooting, product questions, and error analysis to get you "unstuck" quickly.
  • StudioAssist: This assistant is integrated within Katalon Studio. It is designed to help testers efficiently create and understand automated tests as they work.

How to get started in three easy steps

Meeting the assistant is simple:

  1. Step 1: Login to the Assistant - https://assistant.katalon.com/
    Use your Katalon account to get instant access and start without delays.

If you're using TestOps, click on the Profile icon and select the "Chat with Support Assistant" button to initiate a conversation.

  1. Step 2: Ask anything
    Inquire about product details, "how-to" guides, best practices, or error analysis.
  2. Step 3: Create a support ticket
    If you need further help, just request the assistant to create a support ticket**.
