Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Marketing Campaign intern who will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive demand and generate leads for Katalon offerings. You will help design, execute, monitor and improve marketing campaigns that result in net new user acquisition and business logos. This role requires a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.

• Create and execute strategic integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand for target personas across multiple channels, including email, social media, webinars, and performance marketing with the goals of product adoption and net new business logos.
• Manage execution timeline and communicate changes effectively with Line Manager, Digital Marketing team, and other (external) members involved.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to leverage paid channel tactics and achieve desired results.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, including tracking and reporting on key metrics such as net new registration, Marketing qualified leads, Sales qualified leads, and opportunities
• Surface insights and document best practices in driving campaigns.
• Contribute to regular campaign planning sessions and ideation.

Must-have

• Concise and effective communications: You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership in written and oral English (IELTS 6.5 or higher required).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts. Online degree certificates are preferred.
• Proactive and passionate: You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations.
• Disciplined and responsible: You're highly independent in terms of prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
• Innovative and adaptable: You have impeccable attention to detail and high internal standards for work. You're always seeking ways to innovate, improve, and automate your work in a professional and effective manner.
• Experience in generating personalized web content, advertising, emails, or any type of online media targeting a defined audience group.
• Ability to work in the office full time.

Nice-to-have

• Extracurricular experience in organizing an event, coordinating multiple departments, stakeholders, and managing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Numerical and critical thinking in analyzing trends, forming logical opinions, and surfacing insights for optimization.
