JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Director of Corporate Services to oversee activities across functions such as IT Operations, Administration, and Process & Documentation. The Director of Corporate Services will ensure all business functions are in line with strategic goals, track business results, perform cost-benefit analyses, and monitor operations KPIs/OKRs. You should be a responsible leader to mentor your team members, increase the quality of the services, and implement best practices across all levels for a global company. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient, and profitable during the course of business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the vision of the company across all levels are aligned
• Take into account the needs of different entities of the organization and incorporate them into new strategic plans
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Establish KPIs/OKRs, monitor and improve these goals
• Build and monitor processes, policies for all corporate services that meet the business objectives and ensure compliance
• Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Monitor operations of the services across functions & entities. Address potential issues when they arise
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Manage department budgets and forecasts

• Proven work experience in operations management, corporate services management, or similar roles for multinational corporations
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent project management skills, good analytical mindset is a plus
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Outstanding English communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the software industry’s legal rules and guidelines is a plus
