Being Kastronaut joining our Kataverse, you will be trained and empowered to participate in real-life projects, from which soft and hard skills will be developed and sharpened.

We are looking for a Community Intern to join us to support our Community engagement towards Katalon users globally.

You’ll have the opportunity to get direct interaction with the Katalon Community around the world and help to foster the connection between users to build a Community. In this role, you should be a good problem-solver with critical and analytical thinking. If you are result-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills, we’d like to meet you.

  • Assist Community Specialists and Community Managers in executing community projects and managing the efficiency of the Community team's working progress towards users.
  • Be a trusted partner of other departments in executing the community engagement plans.
  • Collaborate with Community Specialists to research, propose and execute user engagement activities to increase free user retention and improve the community health metrics.
  • Collaborate with users on social media platforms and the Katalon forum for users' engagement efforts.
  • Work closely with Community Manager in order to build a standard working process for the Community team and support delivering onboarding and training for external and internal stakeholders.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Community Specialist/Community Manager
Job Requirements
  • This opportunity is for fresh graduates or 3rd/4th-year students majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • A good English background is required, both in verbal and written communication.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be proactive in learning.
  • The ability to multitask with high responsibilities is essential.
  • A friendly and open-minded attitude is preferred.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, speech clarity, customer service, and information management are required.
