Being Kastronaut joining our Kataverse, you will be trained and empowered to participate in real-life projects, from which soft and hard skills will be developed and sharpened.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Intern who will support Total Rewards operations and is enthusiastic about learning about Human Resources. Strong mathematical and task management skills, along with attention to detail are highly desired.

Aside from managing the employee database, the other responsibilities are the following:

  • Support the team in daily Compensation & Benefit operations, mainly employee data management, compliance reporting, and paperwork administration;
  • Support Total Rewards initiatives and projects;
  • Liaise with other teams (HR Business Partner, Accounting, Legal, Communications, etc.) on matters requiring cross-functional collaboration;
  • Work closely with C&B vendors (Social Insurance, Work permit, Premium Insurance);
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested.
Job Requirements

Must-have

  • Excellent skills in MS Office (especially Excel) with strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
  • Careful, good attention to details

Nice-to-have

  • Adequate knowledge of Labor Law, PIT/ Social Insurance regulations
  • Previous experience in HR, particularly Compensation & Benefits
