We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Web Development & Creative Design Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the creation, development, and maintenance of engaging online experiences for our brand while ensuring the highest quality of design and functionality across all our digital platforms. The successful candidate will have a strong background in both web development and creative design and will be able to guide our team to develop innovative strategies and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design, development, and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring the best possible user experience and aligning with brand guidelines and company objectives.
• Develop and implement a digital strategy to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions while increasing brand awareness and online presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives and alignment with overall company goals.
• Oversee the creation of visually appealing and engaging content, including graphics, animations, and interactive elements, to support marketing campaigns and other digital initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a team of web developers and designers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development and design, and continuously improve the company's digital capabilities.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including negotiating contracts, overseeing project deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of work.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives, and report progress to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, graphic design, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web development and design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies, as well as experience with content management systems (CMS) and responsive design.
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices, and the ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing web interfaces.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines, experience working in an agile development environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media platforms, is a plus.
