What is a cookie window?
The cookie duration is 90 days from the initial click on your affiliate link. During this time period, if the customer makes a purchase through your link, you will be eligible for a commission. This time frame allows you an opportunity to persuade the customer to make a purchase.
What can I do as a Katalon Affiliate?
Introduce Katalon to your network and become their guide on their automation journey. As a Youtuber, blogger, or content creator in the automation testing industry, you can showcase the platform to your audience through product demonstrations and help them discover the value of using Katalon.

Which Katalon subscriptions can the affiliates promote?
You can promote both the Katalon platform and standalone products, both the annual and monthly plans. This includes the Katalon Premium Plan, Katalon Studio Enterprise, Katalon Runtime Engine, and Katalon TestCloud.
How much can I earn from the program?
You can receive a 10% commission on every successful purchase* from your referrals. There is no cap on how much commissions you can earn.
*Successful purchase applies to only the first transaction of every customer you refer. If they are already Katalon customers, you will not be eligible for the commission.
Is Katalon Affiliate Program for everyone?
Yes, everyone can join the Katalon Affiliate program. You can be an individual who loves our product, an automation testing expert, an influencer, or a content creator in the field.
However, the Affiliate Program does not apply to customers enrolled in Katalon Solution Partner Program.
Does it cost anything to become a Katalon affiliate?
It is completely free to join Katalon Affiliate Program.
How do you validate a customer that comes through my affiliate link?
We partner with Impact to ensure accuracy and transparency from the moment you join us. Impact has one of the industry's most precise and comprehensive tracking technologies, so we can ensure you get the commission you deserve.
When will I get my commission? What if the customer cancels their subscription?
The commission is paid monthly and will be handled by Impact.
Katalon does not refund for subscription cancellations, so your commission won't be affected even if the customer cancels the subscription.
Is there a minimum sales requirement?
There is no minimum sales requirement. But you can only get commissions via the Katalon subscription management page with use purchase since we track your activity through cookies, which last 90 days after your customers click on your link.
How do I track my performance?
You can log in to your affiliate dashboard for information about your tracking links, sales and commissions you have earned.
What terms apply to the Katalon Affiliate Program?
The Affiliate Program Agreement applies to your Platform Terms and any Program Policies that are available from time to time.
